The Chandler Park neighborhood gets busy every summer, with residents and visitors from around the area coming to have fun at the public Chandler Park. The Chandler Park Conservancy continues to push for more growth to give the community access to a one-of-a-kind facility with a golf course, tennis courts, skate park and education plaza. “Living here means having access to all that the park has to offer at your fingertips,” says Maya Rushing, a Realtor with Keller Williams Paint Creek. “Residents here are close to the constant activity and entertainment of the downtown area but can also keep occupied in their own neighborhood.” Future residents who want to live close to this active park might settle in an apartment or find a home in the east half of the neighborhood.
