About Schulze
Schulze offers homes in west Detroit with plenty of community parks, nearby amenities and public schools for residents to enjoy. There are a mix of smaller homes here, including brick Colonial Revival homes, cozy Cape Cods, sturdy bungalows and Tudor-inspired homes with steep-pitched rooftops and asymmetrical floorplans. Lot sizes are typically on the smaller side, but you’ll still have plenty of room for landscaping. Many of today’s owners have lovingly maintained these homes over the years, making upgrades while retaining the home’s original
