3. Facebook App and CRM Integration Usage
We offer tools that allow users (such as agents, business owners, or advertisers) to connect their Facebook Page to our CRM for the purpose of receiving Facebook Lead Ads.
By using this feature, you agree to the following:
a. Permissions We Request from Facebook
When you connect your Facebook Page to our CRM, our application may request:
- pages_show_list — to list pages you manage
- leads_retrieval — to retrieve lead data submitted through your Lead Ads
- pages_read_engagement — to confirm page ownership
- pages_manage_metadata — to subscribe your page to lead notifications
We only request permission necessary to deliver lead synchronization services.
b. How We Use Facebook Lead Data
Lead information retrieved from Facebook Ads is used ONLY for:
- Delivering leads to your CRM dashboard
- Notifying you via email
- Organizing and displaying leads inside your account
- Allowing you to manage, tag, and follow up with prospects
We do not share, sell, or disclose your lead data to any third party.
c. Facebook Page Access Token Usage
When you connect your page:
- A long-lived page access token is stored securely
- It is used ONLY to fetch leads and maintain page subscription
- You may revoke access at any time from your Facebook settings
d. Disconnecting Your Facebook Page
You can disconnect your page anytime from your dashboard.
Once disconnected:
- All Facebook tokens are removed
- Lead syncing will stop immediately

4. User Responsibilities
By using our CRM and Facebook integration features, you agree:
- You are the authorized admin of the connected Facebook Page

We are not responsible for:
- Facebook API outages
- Facebook revoking permissions
- Facebook lead delivery delays
- Issues caused by user misconfiguration
