Apply for the founding cohort
The founding cohort is designed for 10 to 15 organizations. Approved founding members receive the first year without membership dues and an advisory-council seat under the owner-approved program structure.

Connect employers to jobs and talent
Employers can claim a free profile, submit openings for review, and move into Hiring Starter, Hiring Pro, or Enterprise products as the active catalog supports them. Approved jobs become public inventory; private submissions never appear automatically.
The talent side is opt-in. People choose the contact details, skills, experience, and career interests they submit, and they may request correction or removal through Rebuild Detroit.

Connect schools to programs and careers
Schools and training providers connect their published profile and approved program records to the occupation-specific career inventory. Product levels may add enrollment, placement, or program capacity only when the connected catalog and written deliverable support the claim.
Program, enrollment, placement, and outcome statements remain attributable to the responsible provider. Alliance membership does not turn an unverified outcome into a Rebuild Detroit guarantee.

Measure the Alliance honestly
Alliance reporting distinguishes membership, profile activation, job publication, talent opt-in, program inquiry, placement, and later employment outcomes. One state is never relabeled as another.
Paid membership or sponsorship does not alter How We Vet, purchase a favorable editorial result, or guarantee applicants, enrollment, placements, revenue, or public funding.
