Opt-in talent network
Create Your Rebuild Detroit Talent Profile
Create a private, opt-in Rebuild Detroit talent record with your contact information, skills, experience, city, and target trade or career. The workforce team can use that record for relevant matching and follow-up; no public profile is created without a separate approval and visibility choice.

Join the Talent Network
Share your experience and interests so the workforce team can match you with relevant opportunities. Joining does not guarantee placement.01
Choose what you submit
Provide the contact details, city, skills, experience, and career interest needed for matching. Do not include identity documents, account credentials, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
The contact-consent field is required for follow-up. Rebuild Detroit does not treat a page visit, directory record, or third-party referral as consent.
02
Keep the profile private by default
The form creates a private workflow record for review. No field becomes public merely because it was submitted, and no employer receives the record automatically.
If a later public talent profile is offered, the person must choose which eligible fields are visible before publication.
03
Use the platform inventory
Connect your target occupation to the live career guides, approved job inventory, schools, programs, and apprenticeship pathways on Rebuild Detroit.
A job or program listing remains the responsibility of its employer or provider. Confirm current terms before applying or enrolling.
04
Correct or remove your information
Use the Rebuild Detroit contact route to request access, correction, or removal of the private talent record. The request must be verified before a record is changed or disclosed.
Joining the network does not guarantee contact, training, an interview, a placement, wages, or employment.
