Rebuild Detroit can correct or remove a listing when material information is wrong or a verification requirement is no longer met.

Keep payment separate from the decision
Payment does not change whether a business passes verification, and a business that fails is not listed as verified at any price. Paid placement is labeled and belongs to a separate product workflow. The live checkout controls any current amount, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, or included placement.
Complete the verification request truthfully and retain the source records. Do not submit altered certificates, another party's license, expired documents, or a service area the business cannot support.
