Describe the real opening
Provide the business identity, responsible contact, job title, essential duties, location, employment type, compensation structure, qualifications, schedule, and application method. Remove requirements that are not needed to perform the work.
The submitter must confirm authority to represent the business. Rebuild Detroit may hold or reject an incomplete, unverifiable, discriminatory, unsafe, expired, or misleading opening.

Private review comes before publication
A submission creates a private workflow record. It does not become searchable, enter a public feed, or reach talent records until the review and publication state are explicitly changed.
Publishing a job does not mean Rebuild Detroit is the employer, staffing agency, background-check provider, payroll processor, or guarantor of the opening.

Connect the posting to employer products
The free employer profile establishes the business entity. Hiring Starter, Hiring Pro, and Enterprise products may control capacity and tools only when a matching active catalog product is available.
A successful payment or submission is not publication. Product activation, job approval, public display, application, interview, and hire remain separate states.

Maintain and close the record
Employers remain responsible for accurate terms, lawful candidate treatment, workplace safety, compensation, hiring decisions, and promptly closing filled or withdrawn openings.
