Private submissions never appear here. Only approved, published records are rendered. No approved records are currently published in this inventory. Use the first-party submission or inquiry path; nothing private is displayed.
01
Published jobs are the inventory
Each visible record should name the employer, role, location, employment type, current application path, and publication status supported by the approved record.
An employer submission is not a live job until publication is explicit. Filled, withdrawn, expired, or rejected records must not remain presented as active inventory.
02
Connect jobs to careers and training
Use the career guides for occupation context and the school and program inventories for training paths. A career projection is not a live opening, and a school listing is not a hiring promise.
Talent participants can create a private opt-in record for relevant follow-up without publishing their contact information.
03
Keep employer and talent controls separate
Employers control their openings and remain responsible for lawful hiring. Talent participants control the information they submit and any later visibility choice.
Rebuild Detroit does not automatically disclose a private submission to the other side or make an employment decision.
04
Verify before applying
Confirm the current employer identity, duties, location, compensation, qualifications, schedule, application method, and deadline. Never pay for an interview or provide account credentials through an unverified channel.
Rebuild Detroit does not guarantee that an approved record remains open, that an employer will respond, or that an applicant will be interviewed or hired.
