Cannot find your order number?

Your order number starts with RDT and is in the subject line of the confirmation email we sent when you opened the order. Search your inbox and spam folder for "title order". Orders opened before September 2026 use the number shown in your earlier update emails.

If you still cannot find it, call (833) 313-2434 with the property address and the email you used. For your privacy we never show an order to someone who only has the address.

Order status questions

Your title professional updates it as the work moves forward. You get an email each time the status changes or they post a note for you.
Use the exact email address you entered when you opened the order. If someone else opened it for you, such as your agent, use their email or ask them for the private status link.
It depends on what the title search finds and how quickly payoffs and signatures come back. Your title professional can tell you what is still open.
Anyone you share the private status link with can see it. Only share it with people involved in your closing.
