The story

Corktown Historic District is one of the places that gives Corktown its character.

It was built in the Colonial Revival style, and it still reads that way from the sidewalk.

The National Register of Historic Places listed it in 1978.

Go see it at Roughly bounded by Lodge Freeway, Porter, Trumbull, Bagley, Rosa Parks Boulevard, and Michigan Ave. Photos never get the scale right.
