Standing
We checked building permits, sales, listings and the city's blight and demolition files on October 24, 2026. Nothing new at this address in the last two years.
The story
Louis G. Redstone Residential Historic District opened in 1940, as the city's factories turned to the war effort and then back to cars.
It was built in the International Style style, and it still reads that way from the sidewalk.
The National Register of Historic Places listed it in 2014.
Go see it at 19303, 19309, and 19315 Appoline St. Photos never get the scale right.
